Payment Terms & Conditions - Events and Training
- The applicant will be liable for the conference/training course fee once he/she has received confirmation of registration.
- Fees will be invoiced and due in advance of the conference/training course.
- If payment is not received before the day of the conference/ training, the applicant will not be able to attend the course. They will however remain liable for the fees as registration has been confirmed.
- INREV recommends the use of PayPal for payment. In addition, standard bank transfer is available but it is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that payment is made in time to attend the course.
- If the applicant cancels a place at a conference/training course after receiving a confirmation of registration he/she is liable to payment of the full fee.
- INREV reserves the right to cancel the conference/training courses due to lack of interest or otherwise up to 7 days in advance of the course. In this case, the full payment will be refunded to confirmed attendees. INREV cannot be held liable for any other costs incurred by the attendee related to his/her attendance on the course.
- If the applicant has any outstanding invoices with INREV for previous conferences/training courses or if the applicant company’s membership fee has not been paid in full, these payments will have to be settled before attendance is confirmed.
