The Research Committee is focused on stimulating research in the field of non-listed real estate vehicles, ensuring that it is useful to INREV members.

The Research Committee supports the INREV research team in its efforts to develop, guide and promote relevant and timely research reports on the non-listed property funds market, such as the Quarterly Research Reports, Capital Raising Survey, Investment Intentions Survey, Management Fees and Terms Survey, Europroperty/INREV Fund Manager Survey and Fund Terminations Report. The committee also contributes to the discussion of research topics at INREV events such as INREV Workshops and the Investor Platform meeting.
