When and where will the conference be held?
The conference will be held on Thursday 22 and Friday 23 April in Venice at the Hilton Molino Stucky Hotel.

When will registration open?
Registration will open on the 3 February 2010

How many places at the conference does each member company qualify for?
To provide all INREV Member Companies with the opportunity to attend the conference, we guarantee one seat per company, except for Investor Platform members who will be guaranteed two seats. Members of the Management Board and those members of committees or working groups also qualify for a guaranteed place. This is in addition to their company’s place(s). These seats are offered at the member rate of €1,650.

What happens if I do not qualify for one of these guaranteed places?
INREV holds a waiting list of those members who are interested in attending but do not qualify for a guaranteed place. We will try to accommodate those on the waiting list once we have a clear idea of how many guaranteed places are being taken up. We aim to release the waiting on 31 March 2010.

Can non-members attend the conference?
We welcome registrations from non-members but these will also be placed on the waiting list as our members take preference for available places.

How much is the conference and what does the registration fee cover?
The registration fee covers attendance at the INREV Annual Conference on Thursday 22 and Wednesday 23 April 2010. The cost is €1,650 for members and €2,500 for non-members. This includes attendance at two evening events on the 21 and 22 April, two nights hotel accommodation including breakfast at the Hilton Molino Stucky Hotel Venice or Palladio Hotel and Spa Venice on Wednesday 21 and Thursday 22 April and transfer to and from Marco Polo Airport on the 21 April and the 23 April. Hotel accommodation will be allocated on a first come first served basis by INREV. If you are a fund manager, fund of funds manager or investor member, you can also attend the special events for these member groups on the afternoon of Wednesday 21 April.

What are the payment conditions?
For registration up to the 7 April 2010, payment is required on receipt of the INREV invoice which will only be sent once registration is confirmed by INREV. After this date, payment should made at time of confirmation from INREV and invoices will be issued retrospectively by email. Payment must be received before the conference, otherwise entrance can be rejected. INREV recommends payment by PayPal. If payment is made by bank transfer, the member is responsible for this being complete before the day of the conference.

When are the Fund Manager and Investor Only seminars ?
Both events are scheduled on Wednesday 21 April in the Hilton Molino Stucky Hotel, which is the day before the official conference start. Both events can only be attended by confirmed registrants for the Annual Conference and in line with the . In case you are not registered and confirmed for the Annual Conference you are unfortunately not able to join these events. The events are scheduled to start at 13.00 with lunch, programme starts at 14.30.

Will the Annual General Meeting also take place in Venice? And if so, when?
The Annual General Meeting is scheduled on Wednesday  21 April in Venice at the conference hotel. This meeting will start at 18.00 and is open for all INREV members. Agenda and materials for the AGM will be distributed to all members one week before the meeting.

Will there be an Informal Dinner?
On Wednesday 21 April at 20.30 the informal dinner begins in the Hilton Molino Stucky Hotel. The buffet is open the entire evening, also for late arrivals and will close at 23.30.

How will I reach the Hilton Molino Stucky Hotel from the Marco Polo Airport in Venice?
Transfers from and to the Marco Polo airport will be arranged by INREV.

Wednesday 21 April
On 21 April, boats will leave  from the airport to the hotel on a regular basis. INREV will do their upmost to transfer attendees as quickly as possible and as we will be collecting members from different flights, we expect the maximum waiting time will be 20 minutes. The actual boat transfer will take approx. 45 minutes. Transfers will be organised by INREV until 19.00 (CET) – people who arrive after 19.00 on the 21st April will need to arrange transport by them selves.

Friday 23 April
After the close of the conference, at 12.30 (CET), the first boats will leave to the Venice Marco Polo Airport. Boats will leave from the hotel to the airport on a regular basis, scheduled around attendees’ flight details.

What happens if I want to stay extra nights in the hotel before or after the INREV event?
Extra nights can be booked directly with the hotel (175 euro for single use, 215 for double use, including breakfast and VAT).

Can I bring my partner?
If you wish to bring your partner you are responsible for making this booking yourself directly with the hotel. The hotel will charge you an upgrade charge of euro 50,– including breakfast. Partners are not able to join the conference or any other conference-related events such as  lunches and/or evening events.
