The INREV Index measures annual Net Asset Value based performance and therefore takes into account the effect of fees and leverage. For the 2009 release, the INREV Index included 258 funds and €132.7 billion gross asset value.

The INREV Index Analysis Tool is only available to those users who are INREV members. If you are interested in becoming a member then please click here.

This INREV Index Analysis tool allows users to specify the characteristics to create sub-indices such as vintage, gearing, size, style, structure, country and sector. Fund managers who submit information will be able to take comparison one step further by comparing their own fund performance created by the tailor-made indices with the analysis tool.
