Leif is the founder and CEO of Andersson REIM, a real estate fund management and advisory firm located in Stockholm, Sweden. AREIM has worked as Blackstone’s exclusive partner in Sweden, both on the transaction and on the asset management side since 2003. In 2005, AREIM also established a cooperation with ING Real Estate. In 2007, AREIM launched its first real estate fund with a committed capital base of SEK 2.1B. Prior to joining PSE Dr. Stürmer has been responsible since 2002 as Head of Alternative Investments at German utility group E.ON Energie AG for investment in real estate and private equity in the amount of €2,5bn. Michael Morgenroth started his career in 1986 in the investment banking and derivatives markets business. Before joining GoAM he served as a managing director for a German fund manager, focussed on closed-end-funds for the German commercial property market. Patrick Kanters is Managing Director Global Real Estate of APG Asset Management. Löyttyniemi joined the State Pension Fund in 2003. He has been working in various positions in the investment management and investment banking business since 1987. Before joining the Fund he acted as Head of Capital Markets in an investment bank Mandatum & Co during 1999-2003, as Managing Director for Norvestia Plc which is an investment company listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange during 1996-1999 and as a Director in Merita Corporate Finance during 1994-1996.
