The welcome dinner on Monday 28 September and the evening programme and dinner on Tuesday 29 September are open to confirmed Annual Conference delegates only.
Conference fee: €2350 excl. VAT
one conference seat is included in the annual investor membership fee. Additional seats are invoiced at the standard conference rate.

INREV membership is at a corporate level and we guarantee one corporate seat per membership, except for Investor and Fund of funds/multi manager members who are guaranteed two corporate seats. For investor members one seat is included in the annual investor membership fee, the other seat needs to be paid for.
For funds of funds/multi managers both guaranteed corporate seats need to be paid for.
Any additional member representatives who are interested in attending the conference are encouraged to register. Their application will be placed on the waiting list. INREV will try to accommodate those on the waiting list once we have a clear overview of remaining available seats. This will be done no later than Tuesday 30 June.
If you are taking up the corporate seat, please indicate this on the application form. These corporate seats are guaranteed and are available until Thursday 4 June.
It is the company’s responsibility to assign these places. If several individuals apply for the corporate seat(s) it may slow down your application.
The corporate seat is transferable and can be transferred to a colleague employed by the corporate member. Confirmation of transfer must be made in writing by Tuesday 30 June.
The waiting list is not processed on a first come first served basis, but at the discretion of INREV to have a good balance of members at the conference.
In addition to the corporate seat, some members are entitled to a personal seat. This seat is non-transferable and must be confirmed by Thursday 4 June. The following members are offered a personal seat:
- (Honorary) board members
- Investor Advisory Council members
- Fund Manager Advisory Council members
- Committee chairs
With the exception of committee chairs other committee members will not have a guaranteed seat. Committee members will have priority on the waiting list.
Corporate and personal seat confirmations will be sent out from Tuesday 9 June onwards. Members on the waiting list will be confirmed no later than Tuesday 30 June.

Investor Only Seminar, Monday 28 September 13:30 – 18:00
This event will open with a welcome lunch and will be held at the InterContinental Athens, the day before the conference. This seminar is open to INREV members who are Investors and/or Fund of Funds Managers. If you are interested in joining this seminar, please indicate this in the registration form.
The Investor Only Seminar and the welcome lunch on Monday 28 September can only be attended by Investor and Fund of Funds Manager delegates, confirmed for the Annual Conference.
A room will be reserved for all attendees, including breakfast, with single occupancy at the InterContinental Athens on Monday 28 September and Tuesday 29 September.
- Extra costs, such as mini-bar, will be at your own expense.
- Please be informed that the hotel rooms are part of the total conference package and can only be omitted if you are based in Athens.
After delegates have received their official confirmation e-mail from INREV, an invoice for the conference fee will be issued via email. We kindly ask to settle the payment within 14 working days.
Kindly be aware that payment must be received before the conference, otherwise entrance can be rejected. If payment is made by bank transfer, the member is responsible for this being complete before the day of the conference.
If your company has not yet paid their annual INREV membership fee, your seat to the conference will not be confirmed.

Confirmed seats to be cancelled at no cost: 5 working days after official seat confirmation. Full conference fee will be applicable afterwards.
In case of a no-show, the full conference fee will be applicable.

1.1 The Membership Terms and Conditions fully apply to all INREV Events. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any provisions of these Event Terms and Conditions and the Membership Terms and Conditions, first the Event Terms and Conditions and then the Membership Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
1.2 All INREV Events, not including INREV Training Courses, are accessible for INREV Members and INREV’s invitees only, with the provision that registration for INREV Events is only possible for member representatives.
1.3 Admission to any INREV Event is subject to registration and subsequent written confirmation of that registration by INREV.
1.4 By registering for an INREV Event, attendees accept and acknowledge that images may be taken of them during the INREV Events and give INREV express permission to use these images for reproduction. Only in the event that such an image depicts a close up of a particular attendee or a small group of attendees, INREV shall seek additional permission for the use of such an image.
1.5 Unless explicitly otherwise agreed, INREV Events are for Members and their Representatives only. Partners of Representatives are not able to join the INREV Events or any other event-related activities such as lunch and/or evening events.
2. Annual Conference
2.1 INREV membership is at a corporate level. To provide as many members as possible with the opportunity to attend the conference, INREV offers one seat per Member Company, except for Funds of Funds/Multi-Managers and Investor Member Companies who are offered two seats. These so-called corporate seats are guaranteed and kept available until Thursday 4 June 2020.
2.2 As a Member Representative, if you are taking up the corporate seat, please indicate this on the event registration form. It is the Member Company’s responsibility to designate these corporate seats to specific Member Representatives. Any further interested Member Representatives are encouraged to register and will be placed on the waiting list. INREV will make their best efforts to accommodate these requests. INREV aims to release the waiting list no later than Tuesday 30 June 2020.
2.3 In addition to the corporate seat, (Honorary) board members, Investor Advisory Council members, Fund Manager Advisory Council members and Committee chairs are entitled to a personal seat. This seat is non-transferable and are kept available until Thursday 4 June 2020.
2.4 A fee of €2350 ex VAT (Conference Fee) is due for attendance of the Annual Conference. After delegates have received their official confirmation e-mail from INREV, an invoice for the conference fee will be issued via email. Payment of the Conference Fee must be received payment within 14 working days.
2.5 If full payment of the Conference Fee is not received by INREV prior to the start of the Annual Conference, INREV reserves the right to reject entrance.
2.6 The Investor Only Seminar and the welcome lunch on the first day of the Annual Conference can only be attended by Investor delegates and Funds of Funds Managers who are members of INREV, with confirmed registrations for the Annual Conference.
2.7 The welcome dinner on the evening of the first day of the Annual Conference, the evening programme on the second day of the Annual Conference and the closing lunch on the last day of the Annual Conference are open to designated Representatives as referred to in clause 3.2 below and Representatives with guaranteed seats as referred to in clause 3.3 below, with confirmed registrations for the Annual Conference.
3. Cancellation and no-show policy
3.1 Confirmed seat for the Annual Conference can be cancelled at no cost up to 5 working days after official seat confirmation.
3.2 All cancellations received after 5 working days after official seat confirmations will be charged with the full conference fee.
3.3 As a Member Representative, if you register and your registration is confirmed by INREV, but you do not attend the Annual Conference (no-show), INREV reserves the right to charge you with the full conference fee to cover the costs that INREV will incur.
