Healthy Q1 2021 results for the European ODCE Index

This consultation release of the INREV European ODCE Index includes 14 funds representing a gross asset value (GAV) of €36 billion.  
 
Key highlights for the INREV European ODCE Index Q1 2021:

  • The European ODCE Index begun the year with a healthy performance of 0.96%, albeit easing from 1.16% posted in the previous quarter
  • Capital growth improved to 0.41% in Q1 2021, which is close to its long-term quarterly average, confirming a return of investor confidence
  • The Gross Asset Value (GAV) of the 14 ODCE participating funds surpassed the €36 billion at the beginning of 2021, a quarter-on-quarter increase of 2.8%

European ODCE Quarterly Index

The Index is wholly comprised of open end core commingled equity real estate funds that have a strategy to invest across pan Europe and across multiple sectors. Funds must comply with a strict eligibility criteria for four consecutive quarters in a row to be included in the index.
