INREV files response to ESMA consultation on integrating sustainability risks

INREV filed a response on integrating sustainability risks and factors in AIFMD, UCITS and MiFID II that closed on 19 February.

We noted that sustainability has long been a key priority of INREV and the non-listed real estate investment industry. Further, INREV supports the GRESB annual global survey of sustainability reporting performance and actively encourages our members to participate.

Finally, INREV has adopted sustainability reporting guidelines and has supported and promoted understanding of the report of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures related to consideration of the financial stability risks associated with climate change.
