Missed last week’s Annual Conference – Catch up with on-demand recordings and presentations

Last week, over 20, 21 and 22 April, the non-listed real estate community came together online for the INREV Annual Conference 2021. We were delighted to welcome over 800 registrations for the flagship event, with 22% of the audience attending for the first time.

Streamed live from the INREV Live Studio, we brought together senior industry experts on a variety of topics and themes such as the current economic landscape and how this fares in a vaccinated world, the long-term effect of COVID-19 on the different RE sectors as we move from the response to adaptation phase, and towards a more operational model with space being seen as a service.

We also heard how Tech can be a key enabler of ESG by effective leveraging of data and innovative tools and methods. Diversity and Inclusion was a central theme as the audience heard the current state of D&I in the real estate sector together with proposals on how to bring our industry up to speed with the norm.  We were joined by an esteemed panel of institutional investors who gave their outside of the box view on non-listed real estate and its role in the multi asset portfolio, and we also launched the latest INREV Research ‘Characteristics of non-listed real estate’.

We invite you to revisit last week’s insights at your convenience with our on-demand recordings and presentations, and please feel free to share this link with your colleagues.
