An update to the Real Estate in the Real Economy report that measures the contribution of real estate in the real economy and job creation and infographic are now available. The joint publication of INREV and EPRA shows that commercial real estate investment contributed €427 billion to the EU economy in 2021 – significantly more than either automotive manufacturing or telecommunications sectors and 2.8% of the total European economy.
