In March 2020, we updated the Fee and Expense metrics module of the INREV Guidelines with the TGER (Total Global Expense Ratio). A transition period was established to enable members to gradually adopt the global ratio while phasing out the current INREV TER. We recently released a Q&A to clarify the reporting periods for TGER reporting and whether TER can still be presented.
