Member satisfaction is on the up according to the results of our annual member satisfaction survey, with 98% of members rating our services as good or better in 2016, compared to 92% in 2015.
Industry data is considered the most relevant service and 95% of members used the INREV Guidelines in 2016, compared to 90% in 2015.
These results are based on the information provided by 354 individual members in September 2016.
We are also pleased to announce that Ruth Jackson, Invesco, is the lucky winner of a complimentary seat at this year’s event.
