The introduction of the Global non-listed Real Estate Funds Index (GREFI) in 2014 was a big step forward for the non-listed real estate industry. The collaboration between INREV, ANREV and NCREIF represents the integration of three member-driven, nonprofit organisations that have come together to serve the information needs of the expanding global activities of real estate market participants.
