Strong attendance at ANREV’s regional conferences in Japan and Australia with performance and capital flows on the agenda

Just before the summer, I attended the inaugural ANREV Japan Conference in Tokyo, which brought together 150 attendees to discuss the theme “Asia’s sleeping giant awakes”.

Around 50% of attendees were investors, with the majority representing the non-listed real estate industry in Japan (87%), with some international visitors from Hong Kong and Singapore (5%), Australia (2%) and Europe (1%).
