ANREV reviews its latest fund performance results

Asia Pacific non-listed real estate funds’ performance was stable in 2014. The results of the recently-released ANREV Annual  Index 2014 show performance that was consistent with 2013, with the overall return of the All Funds index being 9.1%.

Japanese funds had the highest returns overall, surpassing Australia. Japanese funds’ returns were 22.2%, a jump compared with 8.5% for 2013. Those of Australian funds increased by only 150 basis points - from 9.1% to 10.6%.
