Non-listed funds thrived in 2014, as capital growth improved  and debt levels declined

Non-listed real estate funds took flight in 2014, producing their strongest performance since the last peak, with almost all sectors and geographies showing a sharp improvement on 2013.

The Index returned 8% in 2014, more than double the 3.2% figure produced in 2013. The performance in 2014 is the best performance  for non-listed real estate funds in Europe since 2006.
