INREV offers three types of corporate membership:
Full membership is available to all those working in the European non-listed real estate investment industry, including fund managers and fund of funds managers, as well as advisors, such as accountants and lawyers. Full members have access to all INREV benefits, as well as the right to vote during INREVs annual general meeting. The annual membership fee is €10,000. View member classification >
A special introductory membership at a reduced fee is available to pension funds and insurance companies that qualify as institutional investors (please note that this does not apply to those that qualify as fund managers or fund of funds managers). For the first 24 months, institutional investors are entitled to the same membership benefits as full members. The reduced membership fee is €2,500 annually for the first 24 months, after this time, the full membership fee applies. View member classification >
Academic membership is available to non-profit research institutions and universities. Academic members have access to many INREV activities and events, as well as other benefits such as participation in committees, but cannot vote during the annual general meeting. The annual academic membership fee is €500.
From January 2020 a new membership fee structure will be in place. View details >
Membership is at a corporate level, which means that once you’ve joined INREV you can sign up as many employees as you wish to enjoy membership benefits. The involvement and dedication of our members is one of INREV’s main drivers of success.
