Iryna Pylypchuk, Director Research and Market Information, INREV presented the Q4 2020 European results including sector, geography, fund-level and asset level performance, also sharing insights from the latest COVID-19 Sentiment and Valuation Surveys.

Peter Papadakos, Managing Director, Green Street will present research into the topic of sector preference as an indicator of outperformance. The presentations followed by a panel discussion moderated by Lonneke Löwik, CEO, INREV joined by Vincenzo Nocerino, BNP Paribas REIM, Jessica Hardman, DWS and Xavier Jongen, Catella Residential Investment Management.

Nick Tyrrell Research Prize Seminar 2021

The 2020 winners of the Nick Tyrrell Research prize present their winning paper, ‘Real Estate in Mixed-Asset Portfolios for Various Investment Horizons’. 

The webinar hosted by the IPF features a panel of industry experts, Peter Epping, Hines and Thushka Maharaj, JP Morgan together with the joint prize winners, Jean-Christophe Delfim and Prof. Martin Hoesli, both of the Geneva School of Economics and Management, as they present the winning paper.
