PATRIZIA adds Head of Asset Management to BeLux leadership team

PATRIZIA AG has appointed Saskia Roosen as Head of Asset Management BeLux. She will be based at PATRIZIA’s Brussels office with responsibility for assets in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Roosen has broad experience in retail and residential real estate spanning around 25 years which she acquired in different management roles. Her career includes stints with Home Invest Belgium, an investor and developer in residential properties with a EUR640 million AUM as well as Redevco Belgium.

Roosen will report to Mike Tyler, Head of Asset Management, North-West Europe, with a dotted line to Suzy Denys who now heads transactions for Belux in addition to her country management responsibilities. Sheelam Chadha meanwhile departed the business for a new career opportunity earlier in the year.

Roosen is a certified real estate agent and a graduate from the University of Leuven with a Master’s Degree in business economics and post-graduate degrees in international trade and real estate. She is a native speaker of Dutch and is fluent in French, English and German.
