The INREV Quarterly Index delivered a total return of 1.74% over the fourth quarter of 2018 down from 1.95% previously, according to the INREV Quarterly Index Q4 2018.
This brings the 12 months rolling return down to 8.34%.
- Both Closed end and Open end funds were in slowdown recording 0.92% and 1.92% respectively
- Capital growth stalled at 0.50% over Q4 2018, down from 1.20% previously, largely attributable to the UK
- Value added funds took the lead against core funds with returns of 2.09% and 1.71% respectively
