Highest performance in 12 years for residential

The INREV Quarterly Index delivered 2.15% over the second quarter of 2018, marginally down from 2.22% in Q1 2018, according to the results of the INREV Quarterly Index Q2 2018.

  • Residential was the best performing single sector strategy with a Q2 return of 4.57%, the highest in 12 years
  • Value added funds continue to outpace core funds recording quarterly performance of 2.70% and 2.09% respectively
  • Dutch funds were up from 3.89% in Q1 to 4.27% in Q2, taking one year rolling returns to 16.63%
