This consultation release of the European ODCE Index includes 14 funds which represent a gross asset value (GAV) of €33.6 billion.
Key highlights of the European ODCE Index Q3 2020:
- One new fund from PGIM Real Estate has entered the index; its performance has been included from this quarter
- The European ODCE Index delivered an improved quarterly total return of 0.11%, up from -1.21% posted in the previous quarter
- Gross Asset Value (GAV) of ODCE participating funds now stands at €33.6 billion
- Industrial/logistics surpassed retail to become the second largest invested sector of the ODCE Index.

The Index is wholly comprised of open end core commingled equity real estate funds that have a strategy to invest across pan Europe and across multiple sectors. Funds must comply with a strict eligibility criteria for four consecutive quarters in a row to be included in the index.
