The All Funds Index total return improved to 1.47% in the third quarter of 2019 up from 1.26% in the previous quarter, according to the results of the INREV Quarterly Index Q3 2019.

- Q3 2019 marked the first acceleration in performance following six consecutive quarters of slowing returns
- Value added outperformed Core funds with returns of 1.80% versus 1.45%, respectively
