The INREV Quarterly Index delivered 1.97% over the third quarter of 2018, down slightly from 2.19% in the previous quarter but a strong stance overall. Dutch funds delivered the highest performance among single country funds despite the slowdown in returns, and Residential is once again the best performing of single sector strategy funds.
- Overall capital growth moderated to 1.97% over Q3 2018, down from 2.19% over the second quarter
- Capital growth reached 1.25% over Q3 2018, down from 1.4% previously
- Core funds outpaced value added funds with returns of 2.01% versus 1.55% respectively
