The Investor Universe Study 2019 is a country-specific study which explores the European institutional investor landscape, the size of the institutional universe, the motivations for investing in real estate and the hurdles that prevent investors from doing so, across 8 countries: Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, UK, Switzerland.

This edition of the roadshow will take place as part of a joint conference on Real Estate Investment and Asset Management, in collaboration with ASIP (Swiss Pension Fund Association) and HSLU (Lucerne University). Please find the full programme here.

At the Zug event, we’ll take a closer look at investors domiciled in Switzerland and their investment into non-listed real estate vehicles, describing the allocations Swiss institutional investors are making to real estate, while also identifying the key influences behind these allocations and the preferred routes for implementing them.

The cost to attend the conference is free of charge to INREV members. Please mind that this event will be held in German.

Terms and conditions

1.1. The Membership Terms and Conditions fully apply to INREV Events. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any provisions of these Event Terms and Conditions and the Membership Terms and Conditions, first the Event Terms and Conditions and then the Membership Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

1.2. All INREV Events, not including INREV Training Courses, are accessible for INREV Members and INREV’s invitees only, with the provision that registration for INREV Events is only possible for Representatives.

1.3. Notwithstanding provisions regarding the costs of cancellation or no-show, all INREV Events are free of charge.

1.4. Admission to any INREV Event is subject to registration and subsequent written confirmation of that registration by INREV. If a Member has not yet paid their annual INREV membership fee, INREV will not confirm registration of any of their Representatives for the Annual Conference until payment is made.

1.5. By registering for an INREV Event, attendees accept and acknowledge that images may be taken of them during the INREV Events and give INREV express permission to use these images for reproduction. Only in the event that such an image depicts a close up of a particular attendee or a small group of attendees, INREV shall seek additional permission for the use of such an image.

1.6. Unless explicitly otherwise agreed, INREV Events are for Members and their Representatives only. Partners of Representatives are not able to join the INREV Events or any other event-related events such as lunch and/or evening events.
