INREV is bringing together the next generation of industry leaders with its 12th Young Professionals Conference on 4 & 5 July 2019 in Lisbon.

Join us together with moderators Ajay Sharma, Executive Vice President Client Service and Marketing Europe at Heitman, and Lauren O’Brien, Director at PATRIZIA as we discuss some of the topics set to impact the industry and the leaders of tomorrow. The programme will focus on ‘Generational Change’ and will look at how the market has evolved over time and what topics are set to impact the next generation of the non-listed industry.

We’ll be joined by Paul Guest, Lead Strategist Global Real Estate at UBS Asset Management who will kick off the programme with a macro-economic outlook and Andrea Carpenter, Director at Women Talk Real Estate who will take us on a journey through the high rise and fall of the European Real Estate Industry. The topics of ESG and Flex operators also have a spot on this years programme as well as an Investor Panel, ready to discuss the evolving landscape, challenges for the future and how to future proof your portfolio.  

 

Registration


Attendance at the conference is free, but places are limited so early registration is recommended. INREV will limit the number of places to two seats per company to ensure representation from as many companies as possible at the conference. Any additional employees who are interested in attending the seminar, are encouraged to register and will be placed on the waiting list.

Hotel accommodation is mandatory for the night of Thursday 4 July at the Pestana Palace Hotel and is arranged by INREV. Delegates are kindly asked to settle the payment directly to the hotel (€152 incl. VAT) before departure.

This Event is open for Representatives under the age of 35.


Hotel accommodation:

1.1 Attendance of this INREV Event is free of charge. However, INREV arranges accommodation for all attending Representatives. Use of this accommodation is mandatory for the night of 4 July, 2019. Delegates are kindly asked to settle the payment directly to the hotel (€152 incl. VAT) before departure.

Number of registrations:

2.1 INREV will limit the number of places to two seats per company to ensure representation from as many companies as possible at the conference. Any additional employees who are interested in attending the conference, are encouraged to register and will be placed on the waiting list. INREV aims to release the waiting list three weeks before the start of the Event.

General provisions

3.1 The Membership Terms and Conditions fully apply to INREV Events. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any provisions of these Event Terms and Conditions and the Membership Terms and Conditions, first the Event Terms and Conditions and then the Membership Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

3.2 All INREV Events, not including INREV Training Courses, are accessible for INREV Members and INREV’s invitees only, with the provision that registration for INREV Events is only possible for Representatives.

3.3 Notwithstanding provisions regarding the costs of cancellation or no-show, all INREV Events are free of charge.

3.4 Admission to any INREV Event is subject to registration and subsequent written confirmation of that registration by INREV. If a Member has not yet paid their annual INREV membership fee, INREV will not confirm registration of any of their Representatives for the Annual Conference until payment is made.

3.5 By registering for an INREV Event, attendees accept and acknowledge that images may be taken of them during the INREV Events and give INREV express permission to use these images for reproduction. Only in the event that such an image depicts a close up of a particular attendee or a small group of attendees, INREV shall seek additional permission for the use of such an image.

3.6 Unless explicitly otherwise agreed, INREV Events are for Members and their Representatives only. Partners of Representatives are not able to join the INREV Events or any other event-related activities such as lunch and/or evening events.

Cancellation and no-show policy

4.1 Although attendance of most INREV Events is free of charge, cancellation is not.

There is no charge for cancellation until Friday 14 June.
Full cancellation fee of €750 (Euro) must be paid when cancelling after Friday 14 June.

4.2 As a Representative, if you register and your registration is confirmed by INREV, but you do not attend an INREV Event (no-show), INREV reserves the right to charge you with the full cancellation fee to cover the costs that INREV will incur.
