Investor-Only Seminar 2021

Register here for this year's Investor-Only seminar taking place on Wednesday 17 November in Copenhagen. Registration is open to Investor- and FoF members only.

This year's seminar will focus on big themes such as the impact of heightened ESG regulation on investment decisions, valuations and risk management, as well as the impact of Carbon Net Zero on property returns. We’ll also be discussing how to deal with new and existing assets. This seminar will start with a welcome lunch at 13:00. More updates on the programme will follow soon.

Committee Meetings

A number of live committee meetings will be held from 17:15 - 18:30 at the seminar venue. 

Drinks reception and dinner

You are invited to join an informal drinks reception and dinner open to all Autumn Conference attendees, starting at 18:30.

Autumn Conference

Please be informed that on Thursday 18 November we will organise the Autumn Conference at the same location. When attending the Investor-Only seminar you will be automatically confirmed for the Autumn Conference.

COVID-19

Although all COVID-19 restrictions are lifted in Denmark, to enter the conference venue and attend the conference, INREV requests proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or the negative result of PCR test taken no more than 72 hours previously or an antigen/lateral flow test taken 48 hours previously. Find out more about measures being taken to ensure your safety at the Villa Copenhagen. General information regarding all INREV Events

  1. Investor Members
  • This event is open for Investor Members only.
  1. General provisions
  • The Membership Terms and Conditions fully apply to INREV Events. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any provisions of these Event Terms and Conditions and the Membership Terms and Conditions, first the Event Terms and Conditions and then the Membership Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  • All INREV Events, not including INREV Training Courses, are accessible for INREV Members and INREV’s invitees only, with the provision that registration for INREV Events is only possible for Representatives.
  • Notwithstanding provisions regarding the costs of cancellation or no-show, all INREV Events are free of charge.
  • Admission to any INREV Event is subject to registration and subsequent written confirmation of that registration by INREV. If a Member has not yet paid their annual INREV membership fee, INREV will not confirm registration of any of their Representatives for the Annual Conference until payment is made.
  • By registering for an INREV Event, attendees accept and acknowledge that images may be taken of them during the INREV Events and give INREV express permission to use these images for reproduction. Only in the event that such an image depicts a close up of a particular attendee or a small group of attendees, INREV shall seek additional permission for the use of such an image.
  • Unless explicitly otherwise agreed, INREV Events are for Members and their Representatives only. Partners of Representatives are not able to join the INREV Events or any other event-related activities such as lunch and/or evening events.
  • INREV is committed to data privacy and protecting your personal information. We may disclose your personal data on a digital or printed attendees list. We will only state your full name and the name of the organization you work for.
  1. Cancellation and no-show policy
  • As a Representative, if you register and your registration is confirmed by INREV, but you do not attend this Event (no-show), INREV reserves the right to charge you with the full no show fee of €500,- (excl.VAT) to cover the costs that INREV will incur.
