This INREV one-day course will address on the impact of regulations on product development and distribution, focusing on AIFMD, Solvency II, MIFID II and OECD BEPS (ATAD), as well as possible changes in the regulatory environment due to Brexit. Recent regulatory changes, many initiated following the Global Financial Crisis, have imposed far-reaching new requirements on real estate fund managers and investors. These requirements are having significant impacts on the way non-listed real estate products are being developed and distributed.

The impacts of AIFMD and MIFID II on product distribution, as well as the potential impacts of Brexit, will also be explored. The course is designed to offer practical insights and best practice solutions across multiple jurisdictions. It will be a mix of presentations, discussions and case studies from experienced market participants.
