On the Path to Global

Being local has always been one of the property industry’s main mantras. However, it is also the case that not being global enough could be hindering the progress of the non-listed property funds industry. As institutions look to non-listed real estate to form part of their overall asset allocation, the lack of comparability with other types of real estate investing on a global scale as well as other major asset classes has been a reason to put non-listed in the shade.
