The current landscape, business model and role of players in our sector has and will continue to change due to consolidation of the industry. The small players will substantially decrease and only a few large players will remain - but with much higher stakes. By 2020 somewhere between ten and twenty large real estate investors will be around. The motto out there is eat or be eaten.
