Annual Conference 2023 - Registration process

INREV membership is at a corporate level. To provide as many members as possible with the opportunity to attend the conference, INREV offers a limited number of seats per member company. Please read this information carefully before registering.

Guaranteed corporate seats
 

  • INREV offers 1 seat per non-investor member company (Investment Managers and Service Providers) 
  • INREV offers 2 seats per Investor member company*  ***
  • INREV offers 2 seats per Funds of Funds/Multi Manager member company**

*Investors are offered one guaranteed complimentary seat and one payable guaranteed seat. 
** Funds of Funds/Multi managers are offered two guaranteed seats but both of these seats are payable.
*
**Investor members on an introductory membership are offered two guaranteed seats but both of these seats are payable.

These corporate seats are guaranteed and reserved kept available until Tuesday 28 February 2023

As a member representative, if you are taking up this corporate seat, please indicate this on the event registration form. It is the member company’s responsibility to designate these corporate seats to specific member representatives.

Personal seats
 

In addition to the corporate seat the following members are entitled to a guaranteed personal seat:

  • Honorary members
  • Management Board members
  • Investor Advisory Council (IAC) members
  • Fund Manager Advisory Council (FMAC) members
  • Committee chairs

This personal seat is non-transferable and kept available until Tuesday 28 February 2023. If you are taking up a personal seat, please indicate this on the event registration form.

Except for committee chairs, committee members are not entitled to a personal seat but will be given priority on the waiting list.

Waiting list
 

Any further interested member representatives are encouraged to register and will be placed on the waiting list. INREV will make best efforts to accommodate these requests. INREV will assign available seats to members on the waiting list as of Tuesday 21 March 2023. Assigning of seats to member representatives on the waiting list is at INREV’s discretion.

Annual Conference fee
 

A fee of €2350 ex VAT (Conference Fee) is payable for attendance of the Annual Conference.

The fee includes: 

  • Two nights of accommodation on 17 and 18 April 2023 (booked by INREV)
  • 2 Conference days (including lunches and coffee breaks)
  • Welcome dinner on 17 April 2023
  • Evening programme and gala dinner on 18 April 2023
  • Closing lunch on 19 April 2023

Investor members


INREV investor members are entitled to one complimentary guaranteed seat, and one invoiced guaranteed seat.

Payment of the conference fee
After delegates have received their official confirmation e-mail from INREV, an invoice for the conference fee will be issued via email. Payment of the Conference Fee must be received within 14 working days. If full payment of the Conference Fee is not received by INREV prior to the start of the Annual Conference, INREV reserves the right to reject entrance.
