INREV Introduction to Effective Due Diligence - eLearning
Can you explain the fundamentals of due diligence and its role in the non-listed real estate industry? This INREV eLearning module will introduce participants to the due diligence process for non-listed investments. Besides, you can familiarise yourself with the INREV Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) and what this tool has to offer you.
This first INREV eLearning module will provide delegates with a practical understanding of basic INREV NAV standards. This additional service in our training programme will provide a stepping stone to the classroom training, making sure that everyone is at the same level before they undertake the more advanced courses. Of course, it is also a great way to update or refresh your knowledge on INREV NAV.
The INREV Foundation Course is the perfect opportunity for newcomers to the industry to get to grips with the fundamentals of non-listed real estate. Between 26 October and 27 November, INREV will organise the Foundation Course for the very first time online via seven eLearning modules, homework assignments, live Q&A’s and case studies, all spread out into manageable chunks of 3-4 hours content per week.
The INREV online course Portfolio Management consists of a series of four sessions between 1 and 7 October 2020 and explores the concepts, tools and process for the management of an existing indirect real estate portfolio.
Risk Management for Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles
Comprehensive and proactive Risk Management is key to optimising the potential of a real estate portfolio and more relevant than ever in the current market environment. The INREV online course Risk Management for Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles consists of a series of four sessions between 27 and 30 October 2020 and is designed to extend participants’ practical knowledge and understanding about Risk Management from both the investor- and fund manager perspective.
The INREV online course Advanced NAV consists of an eLearning module in combination with a series of four sessions spread over a period of two weeks from 11 - 19 November 2020. During this advanced course we will address reporting aspects of the INREV Guidelines which are used to calculate INREV Net Asset Value (NAV) and will provide you with a better understanding of market best practice and examples related to adjustments, calculations and practical challenges.
As the non-listed real estate industry strives for greater comparability, performance measurement becomes increasingly important for both investors and investment managers. The INREV online course Performance Measurement Analysis consists of a series of four sessions between 24 November and 2 December 2020 and examines the theory and practicalities behind these two topics from the investor and investment manager perspectives.
The INREV online course Liquidity Issues and Pricing consists of a series of five sessions between 3 and 10 December 2020 and addresses liquidity for non-listed real estate vehicles and its impact on fund terms and investor behavior.
