Chair
Martin Lemke (German) is managing director of AM alpha Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH and responsible for asset management, portfolio management and the platform in Asia.
With over 25 years of experience in real estate, he has in-depth expertise in strategic and operational portfolio enhancement, fund and asset management as well as acquisition of commercial real estate.
Before joining AM alpha in 2013 he held managing director positions for over 14 years within PATRIZIA Immobilien AG where he headed PATRIZIA‘s commercial real estate activities as managing director of PATRIZIA GewerbeInvest KAG with responsibility for more than €4.5 billion assets under management worldwide. Martin managed international segregated accounts for leading European pensions. Prior to joining PATRIZIA, he held executive positions in well-known wealth management consultancies in Suisse.
Martin has a professorship at Deutsche-Immobilien-Akademie at University Freiburg.

Ilkka Tomperi (Finnish) is Executive Vice President of Property Development and member of the Group Management Team of YIT. YIT is the largest Finnish and a significant North European urban developer and construction company employing 7,000 professionals in ten countries. YIT’s revenue in 2021 was €2.9 billion.
Prior to joining YIT in 2021, Ilkka was Head of Real Estate for Varma where he was responsible for the Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company’s domestic and international real estate investments totaling €5.0 billion. Before joining Varma in 2013, Ilkka was a Partner at the Nordic private equity firm CapMan’s real estate team. He expanded the real estate operations from Finland to Sweden and was involved in launching a Nordic real estate fund. Prior to that, Ilkka was a Vice President at Franklin Templeton Real Estate Advisors and focused on the sourcing and due diligence of private real estate fund investment opportunities in the European markets being based in Frankfurt. Previously he was the Head of Other Investments and Portfolio Manager of the State Pension Fund (VER) of Finland.
In addition to his role as member of the INREV Management Board, Ilkka has also been Deputy Chairman of the Board of Kaleva Mutual Insurance Company and RAKLI ry and Member of the Board of the rental housing provider SATO Oyj and owner operator of logistics properties Logicor Oy in Finland. Ilkka received his Ph.D. in Finance, and a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Vaasa in Finland. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

John Ravoisin is Audit and Advisory Partner at PwC Luxembourg since 2009.
As Audit Partner he oversees complex multi-border consolidation audit engagements under Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS, a number of which are trading under INREV NAV. As Advisory Partner he supervises the valuations team which performs over 1,500 worldwide real estate valuation reviews to support the audit process as well as ad-hoc requests for specific valuations.
John graduated from Solvay Business School (ULB) in Belgium and is actively involved in INREV and NEOMA Business School.

Catherine Martougin is a partner in the Funds & Asset Management team of the Baker & McKenzie Luxembourg office. She has more than 20 years' experience in business law.
Catherine represents real estate funds, private equity funds, debt and infrastructure funds and other financial institutions in the asset management field. She works on a range of corporate and commercial transactions, including organisational structuring and related regulatory matters (notably private equity real estate funds and their AIFMs), as well as initial fund formation, capital raisings, complex restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, real estate investments, asset dispositions, secondary trades, venture capital investments and joint venture arrangements.
Catherine is a regular speaker at international seminars and conferences and trainer for professionals in the real estate investment sector. She a member of the International Bar Association (IBA). Catherine is also member of the Real Estate working group of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) and a member of the Supervisory Board of the Real Estate Association of Luxembourg (LuxReal). She was Chair of the INREV Public Affairs Committee for 4 years until 2019.
Catherine is a member of the Luxembourg and Paris bars and holds an LLM in International Law, from the University of Panthéon-Assas (1999), an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Nanterre (1999), and a Bachelor in Economy and Finance from the Paris Institute of Political Studies (1998).

Alberto Agazzi (Italian) is the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Generali Real Estate SGR since 2015.
GRE SGR is the real estate investment management company of the Generali Group, managing more than 20 real estate funds, with an AUM of €15 billion, focused on the main European Markets. Alberto joined the Generali Group in 2005 as an investment manager for the Italian real estate portfolio.
In 2009 he became Head of Fund Management for Generali Real Estate SGR, before taking over as the Managing Director of Generali Real Estate – Italy four years later. Prior to joining Generali, he had worked in the real estate advisory team of Mediobanca, and as a project manager for an engineering company.
Alberto holds a Master in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi and a Degree in Building Engineering from the Politecnico of Milan.

Catriona Allen (British) is a Senior Fund Manager in the Global Partner Solutions business at LaSalle. She is responsible for a number of European clients investing globally, as well as originating investment opportunities in Europe and also represents clients on investor advisory committees. Catriona is a member of the Global Partner Solutions Management Board and sits on the LaSalle Global Partner Solutions European and Global Investment Committees.
Catriona has worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years and has a wide range of experience in performance measurement, research, underwriting investments and portfolio management through her previous roles at Investment Property Databank (now MSCI), Alecta, BlackRock and Aviva Investors.
Catriona holds a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of London and an MA in European Property Development and Planning from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.

James Raynor (British) is CEO of Grosvenor Britain & Ireland. He joined Grosvenor in 2004 from The Royal Bank of Scotland in Paris, where he was Senior Director of European Real Estate. He was also on the Non-Executive Board of Nordisk Renting. He was promoted to his present role, Chief Executive of Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, in January 2020. Grosvenor Britain & Ireland invests, develops, operates and manages real estate assets and funds in the UK and is part of the Grosvenor Group.
James previously held roles within the company of Chief Executive Officer, Grosvenor Europe, Chief Executive Officer, Grosvenor Fund Management, Chief Investment Officer, Grosvenor Fund Management and ran the Capital Markets & Continental European businesses.
James sat on the ULI French Council, was previously the Chair of the INREV Training & Education Committee and a member of the INREV Fund Manager Advisory Council. He is also a board member of the Westminster Property Association and the New West End Company.

Jenny Buck is Chief Investment Officer at Tesco. Jenny has 28 years investment experience, 20 of which has been in real estate. Her experience includes working at Grosvenor where she worked on its London estate, working for a bank doing property lending and nearly 10 years at Schroders where she gained global real estate experience. Her last nine years have been with Tesco, where her role has widened from real estate to all private markets and now CIO.
She is passionate about education and giving young people an opportunity. She is also particularly interested in “practical” responsible investing and thinking about how the investment management industry needs to rapidly evolve with technology.

Lucy Fletcher is the Managing Director and Head of Global Portfolio Management at QuadReal Property Group, based in Vancouver, Canada. In this role Lucy oversees the portfolio management of QuadReal’s $61.2 billion global real estate debt and equity portfolio. In this role, Lucy works closely with senior leadership on strategy and portfolio construction including strategical and tactical asset allocations, performance measurement, analytics and investor relations.
With over 24 years in the real estate industry, Lucy has extensive global investment advisory, portfolio and asset management experience. She was formerly Managing Director of JLL’s Global Capital Group in Chicago, where she was responsible for facilitating cross border investments and advising institutional clients on international strategies for both debt and equity capital transactions.
Lucy holds an MA (Hons) in Architectural Design from University of Edinburgh and a Postgraduate Diploma in Estate Management from South Bank University, London. She is a member of ULI’s Urban Development Mixed Use Council (Gold) and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Lucy is also on the Board of Altrio, a real estate software company and is a member of the INREV Investor Advisory Council.

Rainer Komenda is Head of Real Estate Investment Management for Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK). Before joining BVK in 2003 he worked for different real estate companies in the environment of development, transactions, project management and general management.
Rainer has nearly thirty years of real estate expertise and holds an MBA from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich.
Bayerische Versorgungskammer is the competence and service center for occupational and communal pension schemes and Germany´s largest pension scheme group under public law. As a public authority of the Bavarian Ministry of the Interior, it is the joint executive body of twelve liberal professions´ and communal pension schemes. Bayerische Versorgungskammer covers about 2.4 million insured persons in total, with contributions of € 5.0 billion and about € 3.6 billion pension payments annually. It currently has € 107 billion assets under management and more than 1,350 employees.

Ray Adderley (British) is Managing Director, Investment Governance at Nuveen Real Estate. With over 20 years’ real estate investment management experience, Ray currently performs an investment management oversight role across Nuveen Real Estate ensuring that the investment process and performance culture is globally consistent. Ray joined the company in 1998 and works closely with the investment and finance teams to help the business deliver good investment performance outcomes for its clients. He is a member of the European & Asia Pacific Investment and Real Estate Debt Investment Committees, Executive Risk and Compliance Committee, Pricing Committee and Product Committee.
Ray was previously Chair of the INREV Performance Measurement Committee, and is currently a member of the INREV Guidelines Steering Committee.

Rob Wilkinson is Chief Executive Officer for AEW in Europe with overall responsibility for management and strategy, and is Chairman of the European Investment Committee.
Prior to being appointed European CEO in 2014, Rob held the position of Chief Investment Officer and, since joining the firm in 2009, has overseen over €20 billion of transactions.
He has considerable experience of real estate transactions, having sourced and executed a range of portfolio, corporate and restructuring transactions across Europe.
Rob has over 25 years of real estate and financial services experience, and previously held senior positions with the Goodman Group, UBS Investment Banking and Eurohypo, and is currently Non-Executive Director of Grainger plc.
Rob holds a degree in Law from the University of Cambridge and is a qualified chartered accountant.
Thomas Brown

Thomas Brown (American) is a partner at LGT Capital Partners (USA) Inc., where he is a senior member of the real estate practice. He focuses on setting investment strategy and making investments globally in primary funds, secondaries and co-Investments.
Prior to joining the firm, he co-founded Clerestory Capital Advisors in 2007, now part of LGT CP. Before that, Mr. Brown headed the global real estate practice of Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management, based in London. Earlier still, he was real estate investment banker for 12 years at J.P. Morgan in London, New York and Frankfurt. He began his career with Oak Tree Capital, Inc. in New Orleans, formerly a real estate asset management firm and a subsidiary of Oak Tree Capital Savings and Loan.
Mr. Brown holds a BA from the University of Mississippi. He is fluent in English and conversant in German. Thomas also serves on the Editorial Board of Summit Journal, a publication of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE).
