Consensus Indicator slides to 52.2, its second consecutive decline

INREV’s June edition of the Consensus Indicator reveals a headline reading of 52.2, its weakest level since March 2024.

Key highlights include:

  • Three out of the five subindicators declined, with financing (61.0) and leasing and operations (58.9) maintaining the strongest sentiment across the five.
  • The investment liquidity subindicator saw the sharpest decline in June, falling from a high of 63.2 in March to 47.4 and sliding into contraction.
  • For the first time since inception, three subindicators, including investment liquidity, new development, and economic, reported a reading of under 50.
