Do I need to be an INREV member to join the Annual Conference?
Yes, we welcome only INREV members at our events. If you are interested in becoming a member, please visit this page.
How many guaranteed seats does my company have?
Investment managers, investment banks, and service providers are guaranteed one seat per membership.
Investor and Fund of Funds/Multi Manager members are guaranteed two seats per membership.

Do you process registrations on a first come, first served basis?
No. We offer all our members the opportunity to register for their guaranteed seat(s) until 10 February.
Do you offer personal seats?
Yes. The following members are entitled to a personal seat:
- Management Board members
- FMAC/IAC members
- Committee chairs
- Honorary members
- Annual Conference working group
These seats are personal and cannot be transferred to someone else.
Please note that personal seats are not complimentary. Tickets are invoiced at €2750.
What is the registration deadline for guaranteed and personal seats?
Guaranteed and personal seats are available until Tuesday 10 February.
When will I receive my confirmation?
We aim to send out the first batch of confirmation emails by mid-February.
When can I book my travel to Barcelona?
We recommend waiting to book your travel until you have received an official confirmation. However, if you are certain of being confirmed—for example, because you have a personal seat or are a guaranteed seat—you may book your travel.
Costs
The conference fee is €2750 and includes:
- 2 nights accommodation at the Arts Hotel, or Sofitel Barcelona Skipper, or W Barcelona (including breakfast)
- Welcome dinner and gala dinner
- Lunches and coffee breaks
- Participation on the 2 days conference
Complimentary Seats
Investor members: One seat is complimentary, and the other reserved seat is invoiced at €2750.
Sponsors are also entitled to complimentary seats.
What if we want to register more people?
It is possible to register additional representatives for the Annual Conference. However, these members can only register for the waiting list.
Can you make any exceptions on the number of seats?
Unfortunately, we cannot. It is our policy to ensure all members have an equal opportunity to register.
Waiting list? Is the conference already fully booked?
The conference is not fully booked yet. However, we first offer all our members the chance to register for their guaranteed seat(s) and personal seats until 10 February. After this date, we will start assigning available seats to members on the waiting list. Those on the waiting list should expect an update by 10 March.
I am on the waiting list. When will I be updated?
We aim to update those on the waiting list from the first week of March.
Waiting list - first come, first served?
No. Allocation of seats from the waiting list is at INREV’s discretion to ensure the attendees list reflects the overall membership
Can I register on behalf of somebody else?
No, you need to register on our website, being logged in with the account of the person who would like to register.
Investor Only Seminar
The Investor Only seminar on 7 April is open to Investor and Fund of Funds/Multi Managers members only.
Accommodation
Hotel accommodation is included on 7 and 8 April. In your confirmation email, you will find in which hotel you are staying, among the Arts, Sofitel Skipper or W. We will also explain how to book additional nights.
