The Global Real Estate Fund Index (GREFI) is jointly produced by INREV, ANREV and NCREIF and measures the performance of non-listed real estate vehicles on a global scale.

INREV releases a quarterly overview of the key characteristics of all non-listed real estate vehicles in Europe. The data is taken from INREV's vehicles database.

The ODCE Flash Report delivers an early snapshot of performance across European open end diversified core equity (ODCE) funds.

Developed in response to investors’ growing demand for timely access to performance data, the ODCE Flash Report is the first of its kind in the market. It provides preliminary results just 15 business days after quarter end, giving investors early visibility into the direction of European core real estate performance ahead of the comprehensive ODCE Index, released eight weeks after quarter end.
