The INREV Annual Conference 2026 will explore the forces reshaping non-listed real estate — from geopolitical uncertainty and demographic shifts to rapid advances in technology and data. Over two days, we’ll explore how these trends are redefining investment strategies, organisational resilience and the built environment.
To help us navigate this landscape, we’re bringing together leading voices from business, science, geopolitics and innovation, including:
- Alexis Crow, Partner and Chief Economist at PwC – on rethinking Europe’s competitiveness in the face of economic headwinds
- Mikkel Bülow-Lehnsby, Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Urban Partners – on accelerating sustainability in real estate.
- Eliot Higgins, Founder and CEO of Bellingcat– on Investigative journalism and the impact of misinformation on democracy.
- Ivo Daalder, president emeritus of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and former US ambassador to NATO under President Barack Obama – on geopolitical developments, including the MAGA plan and other controversial topics.
- Peter Hinssen, speaker, lecturer at the London Business School and author of "The Phoenix and the Unicorn"– on technological evolution, innovation strategy and adaptive leadership.
- Susan Greenfield, neuroscientist and founder of Neuro-Bio – specialising in brain development and the impact of technology on the mind.
- Rick Magnuson, Co-founder of GI Partners, interviewed by David Hodes, Founder and Co-Managing Partner of Hodes Weill & Associates – on the ins and outs of investing in data centres.
Plus, we'll hear from leading investors and industry experts on emerging sectors, value opportunities in European real estate and evolving policies affecting portfolios. Expect lively discussions and ample networking opportunities as we explore what’s next for our industry.
