New ESG valuations focus group
INREV has formed a new focus group consisting of senior experts from across the industry to evaluate how ESG goals impact underwriting inputs and expected returns.
This initiative comes as a direct response to growing demand from the industry for greater clarity in this area. Our ultimate aim is to move the industry beyond theoretical discussions to a more tangible, numbers-driven approach for ESG valuations.
INREV's latest paper, 'Integrating environmental considerations in investment underwriting', marks the first phase of this project.
