Autumn Conference

Guaranteed seats
INREV guarantees a limited number of seats based on member classification

• 1 corporate seat per non-investor member company
• 2 corporate seats per Multi Manager and Investor member companies

These seats are reserved until Wednesday 7 October, 17:00 CET. It is the member company’s responsibility to designate these guaranteed seats to specific member representatives.

Please note: If the event reaches full capacity before 7 October, we cannot guarantee these reserved seats, so early registration is strongly recommended.

Mandatory hotel accommodation

Attendance of this conference is free of charge. However, INREV arranges accommodation for all attending representatives at the Villa Copenhagen. Use of this accommodation is mandatory for the night of 23 November 2026. Delegates are kindly asked to settle the payment directly to the hotel before departure. The bedroom rate is DKK 3,050 per night including breakfast.

Conference Fee
The conference fee is included in the membership.

The fee includes:

• Welcome dinner on Monday 23 November
• Full day conference including breaks and lunch on Tuesday 24 November

Personal seats
In addition to the corporate seat, the following members are entitled to a guaranteed personal seat:

• Committee members
• ASPIRE attendees
• This personal seat is non-transferable and kept available until Wednesday 7 October

Waiting list
Any further interested member representatives are encouraged to register for the waiting list. INREV will make its best efforts to accommodate these requests. INREV will assign available seats to members on the waiting list. Assigning seats to member representatives on the waiting list is at INREV’s discretion.

Please note that the number of participants at the Autumn Conference is limited. INREV reserves the right to waitlist and, if needed, deny registration of additional participants received after 7 October 2026 or earlier if maximum capacity limits have been reached.
