In Q4 2023, the number of vehicles in the INREV Vehicles Universe increased by seven, to a record number of 578 vehicles. The total gross asset value (GAV) stood at €471.2 billion.
- The traditional property sectors industrial/logistics, office, residential and retail account for 87% of the single sector vehicles in the Universe by GAV.
- Seven new vehicles were launched in 2022 but only one new vehicle was launched in 2023.
- Since the end of 2018, 86 new vehicles have been launched. By the end of Q4 2023, their total net asset value (NAV) amounted to €29.8 billion, and their gross asset value (GAV) had reached €46.7 billion.
