Subscription queuing mechanism
The order in which outstanding subscription requests/ incoming investment requests from potential investors are prioritised by the Investment Manager in accordance with the Vehicle Documentation.
It establishes a waiting list or queue to allocate shares or units in the vehicle when investor demand exceeds the available capacity, ensuring a fair and transparent investment process, particularly in open-end vehicles.
