Tax and Regulations Roundtable

This year’s round table is designed to facilitate consideration of the main tax and regulatory policy challenges affecting the non-listed real estate investment industry and how we can most effectively advocate our interests in the context of current EU and UK policy priorities, including the need for well-designed, evidence-based and legally sound measures that support competitiveness and provide a stable and predictable regulatory environment.

In three breakout sessions, separate tables on tax, regulations/compliance, sustainability and affordable housing will discuss and report on how we can address those drivers in our approach to the challenges in these areas.
