The Management Fees and Terms Comparison Study 2019 compares the fees and cost structures of non-listed real estate investment funds in Europe and Asia Pacific with a focus on total expense ratios (TERs) and real estate expense ratios (REERs). The 2019 Nick Tyrrell Research Prize has been awarded to joint authors Felipe Carozzi and Christian A.L Hilber, London School of Economics & Centre for Economic Performance and Xiaolun Yu, London School of Economics for their paper, 'The Economic impacts of help to buy'.
