At our core, INREV stands tall for inclusivity, taking pride in the oasis of diversity that we have cultured within our organisation. We stand for tolerance and equality for all and we are steadfast in our belief that our industry has no place for racism, discrimination or inequality of any kind.
As an industry we need to do more. We commit our attention, time, energy and resources to further increasing the equality and diversity in our membership committees, working groups and in the line-up of speakers at our events. We must also strive for better representation, better equality and better diversity across the whole real estate industry and seek to achieve measurable progress in doing so.
