Alma Property Partners and RUBIK Properties have expanded their light industrial and warehouse portfolio in Greater Copenhagen by acquiring two assets. The total platform now comprises eleven properties. The newly acquired assets, located at Baldersbækvej 8A-D in Ishøj and Hørskætten 11 in Taastrup, have a total leasable area of 14,375 square meters on a total plot area of 17,545 square meters.
