ANREV – The Asian association for investors in non-listed real estate vehicles has appointed David Green-Morgan as its new director, research and professional standards. This role was previously held by Amelie Delaunay until last December. Based in Singapore, Green-Morgan joins ANREV from JLL, where he served as senior advisor, capital markets research. He was also head of global real assets research at MSCI between 2022 and 2024. Prior to that, he was head of global real assets research at MSCI from 2022 to 2024, leading a team focused on performance and transactional trends. Green-Morgan also held a key role as managing director, Asia Pacific at Real Capital Analytics from 2017 to 2022. His career also includes a previous tenure as global capital markets research director at JLL from 2011 to 2017.
