Nordic real assets manager Areim has acquired a 7,100 square meter logistics property in southwest Sweden from CapMan Real Estate.
CapMan Real Estate said it has completed the sale of a property in Mölnlycke on behalf of its Nordic Property Income Fund at a price above the asset’s latest valuation.
CapMan Real Estate acquired the property in 2022. During its ownership, the firm carried out environmental upgrades, which included securing a BREEAM Very Good certification and installing solar panels on site.
