Areim has divested Boländerna 32:2 in Uppsala, Sweden, to Intea Fastigheter AB (publ). Acquired in 2020, the site currently offers 2,250 square metres of lettable area. Prior to the transaction, Areim signed a six-year lease with a Swedish government agency for approximately 6,600 square metres of lettable area, enabling Intea Fastigheter AB (publ) to continue the redevelopment.
The recently signed lease marks a major milestone in Boländerna 32:2’s development journey, securing its transformation into a modern facility under new ownership. Areim maintains a strong presence in Uppsala through its portfolio consisting of 12 light industrial properties, reflecting its commitment to the city’s continued growth.
