The real estate arm of Ares Management Corporation has acquired a portfolio of five logistics assets in Poland from Savills Investment Management.
Ares Real Estate has acquired the portfolio for an undisclosed sum, with assets located in Warsaw, Poznan, Upper Silesia and Szczecin.
The portfolio, which is 94% leased, will be managed by the firm’s global logistics platform, Marq Logistics.
