Arrow Capital Partners, the specialist investor, developer and manager of real estate in Europe and Asia-Pacific, has completed two logistics leases totalling 7,800 square meters at its Arrow Park Ludwigsfelde development near Berlin, Germany.
A business operating in the pharmaceutical sector has taken three units totalling 5,600 square meters, while a company in the automotive sector has signed for 1,900 square meters at the asset. Both occupiers have entered into long-term lease agreements.
Arrow Park Ludwigsfelde provides 14,000 square meters of modern, flexible logistics space across two buildings and was developed for Arrow’s Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) joint venture with Cerberus Capital Management.
